The cottage accommodates five people comfortably (six at a squeeze). 

There are two bedrooms: a queen size bed in the main bedroom and two single beds in the second bedroom, however an additional single bed can be made available upon request and there is also a sofa bed in the lounge room.

Birch Cottage has a reverse cycle air conditioner in the sitting room.
